A hundred of our students danced their socks off in the recent dance showcase.

 

In the first half, the audience was enthralled by “Bustin’ Boundaries” - the story of Cowboys and Indians struggling to co-exist.  While the Indians care for the land, the fun-loving cowboys want to build their ranch on the sacred Old Creek. As love blossoms, will the tensions between the two groups be resolved?





In the 2nd part of the showcase, the audience enjoyed solos from two of six of our girls who have gained places in the English Youth Ballet's touring performance of Giselle.  The girls will dance alongside international performers at the Gordon Craig Theatre from 3rd to 5th March.

Vibrant modern dances from each year group followed.  These were thoroughly enjoyed by performers and audience alike.
