Early years

Early Years at Heath Mount includes children from the ages of 3yrs to 5yrs, in our Nursery or in Reception.

Many pupils join Heath Mount in our Nursery.  Children benefit from a structured, caring and supportive environment where every child is known and loved as an individual, and where every child is nurtured.

The Nursery is open for five days each week with children able to attend mornings or for full day sessions.

They have ample indoor play space with room for diffrent types of activities. There is an outdoor adventure play area specifically for this age group.

Spaces are sometimes available to new pupils in Reception. Reception is full time and children are placed in one of two parallel classes, each supported by a teacher and teaching assistant. This level of support ensures that the children make outstanding progress over the course of the year.
