Remembrance Day Service

Online Service to mark Remembrance Day 2020

This year, we have filmed our Remembrance Day Service to share with the whole School Community.  Today we will watch it together at 10.30am and hold a two minute silence to remember with gratitude all those who sacrificed their lives for the freedoms we enjoy today.

Our Year 8 pupils pay particular tribute to the Heath Mount fallen whose names are read out in the Roll Of Honour.  The moving service includes The Last Post, played by Year 8 pupil Leif, and an address by the Reverend Christopher Stoltz, Chaplain of Haileybury College, as well as readings, poems and songs.  Please click on the following links to watch:

Heath Mount Remembrance Service 2020

Tribute To The Heath Mount Fallen

They shall not grow old
As we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them
Nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun
And in the morning
We will remember them.
