Heath Mount art goes on display at The Royal Academy of Art

We are so proud of our pupils who have been chosen to exhibit at the Royal Academy's Young Artists' Summer Show which recognises the talent of primary and secondary school age children.  Only 139 artworks were chosen from over 6,200 entries and of these Heath Mount had 4 artworks selected: Year 4's collective pottery piece Dog Show (pictured), Year 8 Olivia F's Sweet Sixteen and Panoramic Place and Year 4 pupil Isobel P's pastel dog portrait. In addition Olivia's painting Panoramic Place, inspired by our school grounds, was chosen by RA President Christopher le Brun as winner in the 'most inspiring artwork' category.  After the exhibition closes at The Clore Gallery on August 4th, the artwork will still be available to view until December 31st at the online exhibition which features even more wonderful artwork by Heath Mount pupils.
