Associated Risk, Supervision and Conduct – Rhyme Time Toddler Sessions
Rhyme Time sessions are led by a specialist music teacher and take place in a Nursery environment that is ordinarily designed for children aged 3 and above. Parents/carers are therefore required to supervise their child at all times and must not allow children to move around the setting unsupervised. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, parents/carers and children are asked to remain with the group and follow the direction of the music teacher throughout the session. Parents/carers remain responsible for their child at all times. Heath Mount School will not be liable for injury, loss or damage except where it arises from the School’s proven negligence or breach of duty of care. Appropriate health, safety and safeguarding arrangements are in place and relevant policies and risk assessments are available on request.
